Orion BMS 2 · Quick-Start Guide
The fast path from a boxed Orion BMS 2 to a tested, running system - eight ordered steps, an interactive Main I/O pin-out, and the connector reference you need while wiring. A companion to Ewert's quick-start sheet; always follow the full manuals for safety-critical detail.
Before you begin
Read the safety sheet, and keep everything disconnected
Read the provided safety sheet before you set up your BMS. As you wire the various connectors, keep them disconnected from the BMS until you are instructed to connect it. Do not plug the BMS into the batteries until the wiring has been verified (step 4).
Setup steps

Connector pin-outs
The pin-out sheet shows the wire side of each connector. Search or filter the Main I/O pins below; tap any row for detail. Click the diagram to enlarge.
